CEI has been named general contractor for the new luxury multifamily complex in northwest Raleigh, the Glenwood Avenue apartments. Sitting on 11 acres, the development will consist of 248 units and will sit on the the site of an AT&T operations center, up the road from Crabtree Valley Mall. Plans for the project call for studios, one, two and three-bedroom units and amenities including a clubhouse with business center, game room, fitness center, and swimming pool. The team plans to begin construction on the apartments by the end of the year with an opening slated for 2022.
