Millennium Music Row, Nashville TN - New construction / 5 residential levels, Type 3, above 3 story podium / 230 units averaging 748 s.f. = total 171,916 net s.f. / 3 level parking garage @ 297 parking spaces / pool and amenities over 52,605 s.f. podium. Completed September 2018.
